Sourdough bread pasta, pork jowl, smoked shallot and beer broth 

Frozen apples, juniper and elderberry

Northumbrian fondue.

Smoked Admiral Collingwood cheddar dip

House cured deer, beef and sausage

Rosti seared over beech

Pickled quince

Celeriac kraut

Dessert plate.

Rosehip cake, meringue toasted on the embers

Sweet miso, heather honey and sunflower tart

Plum and hogseed strudel

The Drinks

Seeing as many of our guests will be driving to get to us, we want drivers and passengers to take the same enjoyment from the evening.

This means that included with your ticket will be several different non-alcoholic beverages. Foraged in season. Fermented over time. Watched, adjusted, left to develop.

Alternatively, there's the option of a pairing of four beautiful wines. Selected by Martin to make this afternoon even more special. Each made by makers who share our values.
