From my time as a senior chef at Restaurant Pine,

I bring Michelin starred care and attention to everything I do.

When nothing is rushed, everything comes out as it should.

The food I cook is relaxing and exciting, familiar and different.

Cooked over the wood felled on the estate.

Food that could only be cooked at Brinkburn.

Food that could only be at your wedding

There is no set menu. The first step is getting to you, your tastes, memories.

I want to give you, your wedding not somebody else’s.

To give an idea of the identity of my food,

to spark ideas and to provide a basis of our conversation.

I’ve provided a link to some example menus and a gallery.

Personalisations or substitutions are welcome, as it starting from scratch.

Dietary requirements and children’s meal can be accommodated.
